Automatic blow molding machine is a kind of equipment for making plastic granules into hollow containers through a blow molding process. Nowadays, the more common types of automatic blow molding machines include: one-shot hollow extrusion blow molding machines using PP and PE, using PET, PC or PP two-shot injection stretch blow molding machine, and newly developed multi-layer hollow extrusion blow and stretch blow molding.
In the linear two-way PET bottle blowing machine, the preforms are actively loaded through the feeding hopper, aligned along the neck of the bottleneck, and introduced into the special guidance equipment through the gravity effect. It is then inserted into a special transfer trough via pneumatic equipment and sent to the heat treatment area. The heating chamber is equipped with eight infrared lamps as a group. The temperature of the preform is measured to adjust the power of the infrared lamps to precisely control the heating process.
Different from the traditional circulating type TDY electric drum, the linear bottle blowing machine's heating process is to rotate the preform uniformly and repeatedly heat it to ensure that the bottle material can be evenly distributed to all parts of the bottle. During the entire heating process, the preforms are kept at an appropriate distance to achieve a more uniform and ideal thermal effect.
After heat treatment, the plastic submersible pump bottle blank is sent to a mold for stretch blow molding. This section is equipped with a two-layer compaction press equipped with speed control equipment and hydraulic drive, and the tensile parts are also hydraulically driven. When the stretch-blow process is completed, the hydraulic servo of the pressure unit releases the bottle.
It is worth mentioning that it takes about 30 seconds to change the mold, which is very fast. After the bottle blowing process is completed, the bottle goes through the defective bottle rejection system.
