The specific process flow of plastic bottle cap mold tube blank production is as follows:

The current supply relationship of tube billets in domestic 76 ~ 100 units can be divided into four types according to the size of the ingot:

(1) Use the 8.3 large steel ingot to pass the initial rolling in 1150, and then roll it into the billet;

(2) 8-inch (200 mm) small steel ingots are billeted and rolled by a 500-rolling mill to directly supply tube billets;

(3) 20-inch (500 mm) steel ingot is pre-rolled after 850 or 750 rolling. Then secondary rolled into a pipe to produce the billet;

(4) The continuous casting billet is used, and the billet is supplied after rolling.

(5) In recent years, in order to make the billet more inexpensive, vigorously developing the oxygen converter steel and continuous casting billet to produce the billet can reduce the cost by about 15%.
The common classification method of tube billets is to classify according to the purpose and conditions of use of steel pipes:

(1) Structural tube and conveyer tube blank. Including low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and alloy structural steel tube billets, steel numbers are 10 #, 20 #, 35 #, 45 #, and 15Cr, 40Cr, 30CrMnSi, 12CrMoV and so on. Here, billets for bearing tubes are also included, and the steel grades are GCr15, GCr9, GMnMoV, and the like.

(2) Pipe blanks for petroleum drilling and geological drilling.
Such steels for tube stock include medium carbon steel, low alloy steel and alloy steel. This pipe blank is delivered in steel grades according to mechanical properties, and "DZ" is added before the steel number, such as DZ55, DZ80.

(3) Boiler tube blank. Generally, the steel used for boiler tube blanks is low carbon steel and high-quality carbon structural steel. In order to mark the steel used for boiler tube blanks, you can add "pot" or "G" after the steel number, such as 20 pot or 20G; Boiler tube steel includes carbon steel, pearlite heat-resistant alloy steel, and high-alloy ferrite and austenitic steel.

(4) Fertilizers and tube blanks. Carbon steel, heat-resistant and acid-resistant stainless steel are used for chemical equipment and pipeline pipes; carbon steel and alloy steel are used for petroleum cracking pipes; carbon steel and alloy steel are used for fertilizer pipe steel.

(5) other special pipe blanks. Kovar alloy for precision alloy tube blanks; high-temperature alloy materials for superalloy tube blanks.
