What are the main processes of plastic bottle blowing machine

1. Mould Mould is one of the important factors affecting bottle blow molding. The bottle body is a Huff mold, and the bottom of the bottle is independent. It is typical. During the production process of the plastic bottle blowing machine , the temperature of the mold must be kept constant, clean, and the vent holes open.
When the mold heating and cooling system fails, bottleneck distortion, bottle tilt, volume and height changes, and the bottom becomes heavier will occur; maintaining the mold constant temperature can also prevent condensation on the mold surface.

2. Pre-blowing The role of pre-blowing during the blowing process is to make the preform take shape, and at the same time, the longitudinal strength of the preform is increased by the stretching rod. The whole process is that the pre-blowing cam pushes the three-way valve to the pre-blowing position during the blowing process, and is completed by the check valve. The pre-blowing position, pressure and flow can all affect the quality of the bottle.
Position: If the pre-blowing position is advanced, the center point of the bottom of the bottle will be skewed and thin, and the wall thickness of the feet will be uneven and whitish. Defects such as light up and down, center point thickening, and depression will occur.

Pressure: The pre-blowing pressure is preferably 0.8-1MPa. When the pressure is high, it may cause the upper weight to light down, the center point to be skewed, the wall thickness of the foot to be uneven, and whitish etc .; when the pressure is low, it cannot be fully stretched, the bottom is heavy, and the center point is thick.
The shape of the bottle foot and center point has a great impact on the quality of the bottle, and improper adjustment often causes fatal defects such as bottle burst (under normal experimental conditions) and leakage.
3. Stretch rod The stretch rod is a device that stretches the heated preform under the pre-blow at the same time as the pre-blow. It is reset after high-pressure blow and before exhaust. The stretch rod must be able to move vertically up and down smoothly during the blowing process, the driving pressure is 0.55-0.8MPa, and the gap with the bottom mold is 2.3-2.5mm, that is, the thickness of the preform is 1 / 2-1 / 2. If the gap is too large, the center point of the bottle bottom will shift; if the gap is too small, the center point will become thin.
4. High-pressure blowing The role of high-pressure blowing is to make the molten material fully stretch, close to the mold wall, make the bottle fully formed, and perform lateral stretching at the same time to improve its lateral strength. The main influencing factors are location and pressure.
The high-pressure blowing pressure is generally 3.7-4MPa, which is determined by its molding characteristics and the properties of the filled beverage (carbon dioxide). There are two positions, that is, the position of the high-pressure gas and the position of the exhaust gas. The time between the two is the pressure holding time during molding. The length of this period has a great impact on the stability of the bottle capacity.
